I cant click on the background to open up the Task MAnager. I have to use ctrl-alt-delete or Alt-tab to get back to the task manager or stuck window. Once I get on the window, I can use the keyboard in it just fine, but the moment I click on it, it deactivates again. I'm confident there are no IRQ/Port problems.
